We keep this data for no longer than is reasonably necessary for providing services to you. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. All the documentation and information from each client is stored in the VAMS database and is exclusively used for statitical and service purposes only. This database is well protected to prevent data loss and misuse.

The clients can access and change personal information, such as address and contact details, in our records as and when required to maintain an accurate and updated profile of each client in our database. You can perform the necessary changes via the mobile application and the website.

Use of information

VAMS use your personal information associated with the service offered to you and may use this information to update clients regarding other services offered by us. You have the right to access personal records from our database and are requested to update personal information whenever necessary

VAMS may share your information stored in our database to our business partners and advertisers unless until the client informs us about any sensitive information. While accessing our services, we expect the clients to provide certain level of information, at the same time we protect this information and store it safely in our database. VAMS assigns only those vets who are authorized to access your information and carry out services. VAMS and it’s business partners will only use the client information the way in which we have specified, and not beyond. VAMS will release the client’s sensitive information to a third party in the way mentioned in this privacy statement or when required by the Law or order of the court.

Our team may use your e-mail ID provided in your personal information to provide frequent communications, which includes service-related information or updates. Our policy is to only contact our clients via e-mail, who have given their consent. You can choose to turnoff our communications of commercial nature.
